About Hidlet

Hidlet is a photo vault for iPhone built on one idea: your private photos should be encrypted, not just hidden behind a PIN screen. The key comes from the pattern you draw, it stays on your phone, and nobody else holds a copy, including us.

Who makes it

Hidlet is made by Karawya LLC, a small independent studio that builds apps for iPhone. We are not funded by investors and we do not sell advertising, so there is nobody pushing us to collect your data.

How we make money

The free plan covers up to 3 vaults, 100 photos and 10 videos, with encrypted backup included. Hidlet Pro removes the limits and adds a few extras, like the duress vault, sync between iPhone and iPad, and alternate app icons. That is the whole business model.

What we promise

• No accounts. No email, phone number or sign-up.
• No access. We cannot open your vaults and cannot be made to, because we do not have the keys.
• No ads and no ad tracking, in the app or on this site.
• Straight answers. Our guides say what Hidlet cannot protect against, as well as what it can.
