Hidden Vaults: One Pattern, One Vault
Each pattern you draw opens its own vault, and Hidlet never shows a list of vaults. Nobody can tell from the app how many vaults you have or what is in them.
No list to give you away
Hidlet opens on the pattern screen. Draw one pattern and you are in one vault. Draw a different pattern and you are in a different vault. There is no menu that lists them, so the app gives no hint that a second vault exists.
Use it to keep different parts of your life apart: documents in one vault, personal photos in another.
What a determined examiner could still see
Someone who copies your phone’s storage and inspects it with forensic tools can see that encrypted vault files exist, but not what is inside them. We think it is better to say this plainly than to promise invisibility.

What happens if I draw a pattern that does not match any vault?
Hidlet offers to create a new vault with it, so a wrong pattern looks no different from a new one.
